To check your meter usage and remaining credit or to Top-up click on your pitch number to be automatically re-directed to the your Smartmeter electric top up page.

NOTE:- Your Smartmeter balance information is only updated 4 random times per day OR when it has Ran out OR when it is Toped up, so your balance will only be correct at the time it was collected (the collected time is displayed to the right of the date).
